The Esplanade Hotel Fremantle is WA's third largest conference centre and features the latest state of the art communication, light and audio visual facilities. The Hotel is able to host significant events including exhibitions, association dinners, cocktail receptions, product launches, meetings and conferences.
The hotel offers three main conference venues, comprising of nine separate meeting rooms in total. The Garden Room, Rottnest Room and Carnac Room are part of the heritage style Island Suite, featuring natural light and balconies overlooking the park and harbour and are located on the first floor of the hotel.

The hotel is within a 10 minute walk to the Perth Train Station. The train to Fremantle is a 20 to 30 minute journey. The Conference venue is then a 7 minute walk from Fremantle Train Station.
